Have you ever wanted to:

·       improve strength and flexibility in your yoga practice?

·       understand how to build that strength and elasticity in your shoulders?


This 4-part shoulder workshop will take an in-depth look at the structure and function of the shoulders. We will learn how this applies to a safe yoga practice, and how you can assess and treat shoulder imbalances that you may currently be experiencing. The end result? A clear road map for yoga students and teachers alike to feel confident and capable of practicing yoga with strong, healthy shoulders.


Each module stands alone. Join us for one session, or for the entire series! There will be a 90 minute interactive lecture, followed by a 90-minute yoga class (includes active and restorative components) applying the principles of the shoulder.
