Yin yoga is a quiet and grounded practice that targets the connective tissues of back, hips, and thighs. The long-held poses offset a busy yang lifestyle, or a strength-based yoga practice. In this yin yoga class, we'll use a variety of props to help you get into, and remain, in various postures to support overall health and well being.
Please wear appropriate yoga clothing (layers are nice, as not much movement takes place) and bring your yoga mat.
