Detox is a really important thing that happens constantly in the body. Because we are constantly coming into contact with toxins, it is necessary for us to alleviate the burden on our tissues. Through a detox yoga practice, we can stoke the metabolic fire to help eliminate those toxins and create a greater sense of efficiency within.
Part 1: Sunday Nov 8 from 2-4 pm will be an active yoga practice, meditation, and overview of the dietary cleanse for the upcoming week.
Par 2: From the packet distributed in Part 1, you will go at your own pace to make changes for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Part 3: Join me on Sunday Nov 15 from 5-6:30 pm for a yin, restorative practice to nourish & replenish the body after a week of detox. And, we'll look at integrating positive lifestyle changes for long term wellness.
Workshop Fee: $30, includes two yoga classes, downloadable meditations, and a workshop packet. $20 for participants who have participated in a previous detox.
