Barbados Yoga Retreat

There are still a FEW SPOTS LEFT to shake off the winter cold and start the new year with purpose, clarity, and yoga in Barbados!!

Join Kym and Jen Coco as they co-teach this amazing workshop in the Caribbean. 

We'll kick off the week with a Sunday evening yoga class to shake off the travel fatigue, followed by a family-style dinner. Mornings include an active yoga  practice (overlooking the ocean, of course) that accommodates all levels of experience. Each evening, we'll have a restorative yoga class to bring nourishment and balance back to the system. 

Workshop begins Sunday Jan 17, 2016 at 5 pm and ends Jan 23, 2016 at 10 am.

During the days, you're free to explore the island in whatever way you choose. Fun island activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Swimming
  • Snorkeling 
  • Catamarans
  • Surfing
  • Dining Out
  • Sightseeing
  • Shopping, and more

Or, if you just want to relax, your home base is right on the beach. You can swim in the pool that overlooks the Caribbean sea,  or camp out on a lounge chair on your private patio with the sound of waves crashing in the background. 

Space is limited.  Reserve your space early with a $500 deposit, which can be paid by CC or debit card here

Luxurious accommodations, week-long yoga, and two family-style meals are included in the pricing. Please sign up early to get the room and sleeping arrangement best suited to your needs. Here are the prices Per Person for the entire event!

  • $995 (twin beds, sharing a room with one other person)
  • $995 (sharing queen bed)
  • $1195 (sharing king bed in ocean-view room)

Each of the above prices are for a shared condo,. This means you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, but a shared kitchen, living room, and patio.

If you would like your own private condo, the cost is $1395 per person (with a minimum of two person occupancy).

Each condo has two to four rooms with two bathrooms, shared kitchen, and common area. We have some flexibility to coordinate specific sleeping arrangements of your choice. Prices may vary slightly with this.

Fall Detox

Detox is a really important thing that happens constantly in the body. Because we are constantly coming into contact with toxins, it is necessary for us to alleviate the burden on our tissues. Through a detox yoga practice, we can stoke the metabolic fire to help eliminate  those toxins and create a greater sense of efficiency within. 

Part 1: Sunday Nov 8 from 2-4 pm will be an active yoga practice, meditation, and overview of the dietary cleanse for the upcoming week. 

Par 2: From the packet distributed in Part 1, you will go at your own pace to make changes for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. 

Part 3: Join me on Sunday Nov 15 from 5-6:30 pm for a yin, restorative practice to nourish & replenish the body after a week of detox. And, we'll look at integrating positive lifestyle changes for long term wellness. 

Workshop Fee: $30, includes two yoga classes, downloadable meditations, and a workshop packet. $20 for participants who have participated in a previous detox.

Shoulder Workshop at the Yoga Center Chico
