U.S. Customers

1. Please print and fill out this return form. If you are unable to print this form, please include a note with your name, return address and daytime phone number. List the item(s) you are sending back, the reason for the return and indicate if you would like the item replaced, repaired or refunded. Return authorization numbers are not required for returns from this website.

2. To help ensure your package arrives safely at our warehouse, we encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, FedEx or U.S. mail (with delivery confirmation).

3. We cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit, and will only assume responsibility for them once they are signed for by our Receiving Department.

5. Turnaround time for exchanges and replacements is usually 2-3 weeks(including ship time) if the item is in stock. Refunds will be issued to your credit card as soon as your return is processed. Credits may take up to 5 days to post on your account. Exchanges and replacements will be treated as new orders; shipping and handling charges may apply.

6. Original items sent in for warranty replacement will not be returned. If we are not able to repair or replace an item and you wish to have it sent back as is, please indicate this on your return form.
